California Just Caught Up to What We've Been Doing All Along

California Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 41 into law, calling it "the most aggressive effort in the country to lower prescription drug costs."
Here's what the new law requires:
Fiduciary duty to employer clients
100% rebate pass-through to plan sponsors
No spread pricing
Full Disclosure in all reporting
At DisclosedRx, we're celebrating because California just validated everything we've been doing since day one.
We Don't Need Laws to Do the Right Thing
While other PBMs are scrambling to figure out how to comply with California's new mandates, we're going about business as usual. These aren't new requirements for us. They're the foundation we built our entire company on.
We operate as The Fiduciary and Fully Disclosed PBM® because it's the right way to serve clients and members. Not because a law says we have to.
If Your PBM Needs New Laws to Serve You, That's a Problem
Here's the uncomfortable question every employer should be asking: If your current PBM needed California to mandate fiduciary duty and Full Disclosure, what does that say about how they've been treating you?
At DisclosedRx, we put these principles in our contracts:
One source of revenue: a single, straightforward admin fee
100% pass-through of all drug pricing
100% pass-through of all rebates
Complete visibility into every aspect of your pharmacy benefit
A partner contractually bound to act in your best interest
Results That Matter
When we say we operate as The Fully Disclosed PBM®, we provide complete clarity on the entire value equation. You understand not just the costs, but the return on every dollar spent.
This approach delivers:
Enhanced specialty savings programs that can reduce costs by up to 75% per fill
Member Service that's empathetic and solution-focused
Zero-dollar copays on specialty medications in many cases
Real-time visibility into drug spend
Custom formulary design built around your specific needs
You Deserve Better Than the Bare Minimum
California employers now have legal protections that require PBMs to act in their best interests. But why settle for a PBM that only does the right thing because the law forces them to?
You deserve a partner who chooses to do right by you. Every time.
That's who we are. That's who we've always been.
DisclosedRx operates as The Fiduciary and Fully Disclosed PBM®, providing complete visibility into pharmacy benefit costs while remaining contractually bound to act in the best interests of clients and their members.
